In my opinion, Home Lisbon Hostel is the best hostel in Europe and has one of the highest ratings on Hostelworld for a hostel at 9.8/10. On top of this, they frequently win Awards.
It is perfectly located in Lisbon's historic centre with the main attractions within walking distance. The hostel is housed in a 200-year-old building. It features a comfortable common room, a dining room with a bar, a great kitchen, a patio and most importantly, great beds in spacious rooms, all with balconies or big windows. Hostel guests get FREE access to the Co-Working Space.
Les Piaules, is a recently opened hostel by 3 young Parisian travellers in a fully renovated art deco building. Les Piaules offers a rooftop terrace with fantastic view on Paris iconic monuments, fast free WiFi, check-out until 12 am, custom bunk beds (with curtains, reading light, power plugs, private lockers and comfy mattress), a trendy bar with a selection of local beer, coffee and French specialities.
They also offer: 24/7 check-in, Multilingual staff, Local food and drinks, Custom bunked, City expert desk, High-speed free WiFi, Badass breakfast and Rooftop terrace to give you panoramic views of Paris.
Les Piaules is located in the arty district of Belleville which features many bars and it's only a 50m walk to Belleville metro station.
Generator Rome is located in Rome’s Esquilino and right across the street from the Mercado dell’ Esquilino, a food market showcasing the wide variety of Italy’s fresh local produce. The property is a 5-minute walk from the Termini station and Colosseum.
At Generator, there are 78 intricately styled private or shared en-suite rooms. Set over seven floors, the hostel includes a deli-style café, bar and chill-out lounge.
ClinkNOORD is located close to the centre of Amsterdam, just 10 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. You have to catch a short free ferry across the IJ River, which runs 24/7, and the hostel is 3 minutes walk when you get off. ClinkNOORD has modern Dutch-style interiors and a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The hostel offers dormitory accommodation, private rooms, free Wi-Fi throughout the building and a great-value buffet breakfast for €6.90.
The hostel has some fantastic social/common areas including a library/workspace, a sunny and spacious atrium, a café and an in-hostel bar. The hostel offers dormitories from 4 to 14 beds (including female only dorms) and private rooms. Each bunk bed has an individual light and USB socket/electric point to charge devices. Most dorms and rooms are en-suite.
Urban House is a trendy hostel located in the vibrant area of Vesterbro, only 2 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The hostel has some very unique features, including online check-in, a tattoo parlour and bicycle shop.
At Urban House, guests can choose between private rooms with a bathroom or dormitories. All rooms include linen, towels and individual reading lights. Dorm rooms provide personal lockers. Wi-Fi is free. Local craft beer and live music can be enjoyed at the bar. Guests can mingle in the billiards lounge and the courtyard garden. There is a designated quiet room, a movie room and a games room.
